You can cancel your order and return any unused item within 14 days of the day you receive it. You don’t need to give a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to return an item
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply with the returns address. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
- Post the item back within 14 days of telling us. Keep your proof of postage.
Your refund
We refund the item price and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing proof that you posted it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Return postage
You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it arrived faulty, damaged or wrong.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to post the item back in most cases.
