Shipping is free on every order, with tracking. We ship worldwide, and shipping is free to every country.
How long it takes
We send your order to our supplier within 2 business days. Once it ships, most parcels arrive in 7 to 15 business days. Every product page shows the expected delivery dates before you buy, and the cart and checkout show them again.
Outside the UK
International orders take 10 to 25 business days after they ship. Your country may charge import tax or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. Any charges are paid by you to the carrier and are not included in our prices.
Where your gift ships from
We work with overseas suppliers who post each order straight to your door. This keeps our prices low. It’s also why delivery takes longer than next-day shops, so please order early for birthdays and Christmas.
Christmas
Order by Tuesday 1 December for delivery before Christmas. Orders after that date may arrive after 25 December.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your gift ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show updates while the parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also find it under My Account, Orders.
Parcels from one order
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 5 business days after the latest estimated date, contact us. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
